Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order being marked as delivered.

To be eligible, your item(s) must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned in their original condition with tags attached (when applicable)

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you choose to return your order for a refund, only the purchase price of the eligible item(s) will be refunded.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We're happy to help with exchanges on eligible items.

Due to the increasing cost of shipping, exchanges may be subject to a $10 exchange shipping fee, which helps cover shipping both ways. Any applicable fee will be communicated before your exchange is processed.

Sale Items & Promotional Orders

Items purchased during clearance events, select sales, or other promotional offers may be designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any Final Sale exclusions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Orders that qualified for free shipping or other shipping promotions may also be subject to a shipping fee if returned or exchanged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you're genuinely not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we'll work with you to make it right through an eligible exchange or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shoptanq.com.

Please include your order number along with photos of the item(s), and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
