Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) Monday through Friday are typically processed same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method

We primarily ship through USPS for reliable and timely delivery.
Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or postal service volume.
Tracking info will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping times typically range from 2–5 business days after processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Tanq is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are scanned in by USPS. We recommend reaching out directly to your local post office or filing a claim with USPS if issues arise.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping info before checking out.
